Applicants are sourced through Internet Job Boards and the Blue Q Candidate Database. The process continues with new candidates being added to the Short List until the position is successfully filled.
BlueQ Consulting conducts face to face interviews to assess culture fit, presentation and communicatios skills prior to shortlisting.
The Fee is 10% of the remuneration package as described in the T&C. An agreed Retainer is payable on commencement of the assignment and the balance is payable on successful completion. |

Role & Candidate Specification
The Blue Consultant discusses details of the role, remuneration and the required candidate attributes and experience. A key feature is a review of cultural fit to ensure only suitable candidates are subsequently shortlisted.
Defining what will motivate the targeted applicant to apply for the role is a critical component of the process, to ensure the targeted applicants are motivated to apply.
The e*recruitment approach is used to secure large numbers of applicants who then need to be screened and assessed.BlueQ Consulting's candidate database is used to secure candidates for similar roles on prior assignments

Candidate Assessment
Remote assessment over the internet and telephone is used to ensure more time can be given to candidates who do fit the targeted profile
Personal interviews are conducted to determine the true competencies, motivations and cultural fit of each candidate for the client environment.
A Short List is prepared and preferred candidates are submitted to for client final interview. Candidates can be presented progressively or as a final group.
Reference Checking This is undertaken once the client has decided who they are interested in.
Warranty If any appointee resigns or is terminated within 90 days, the assignment will be undertaken again at no further charge. |
