It is probably only half the cost of your last recruitment fee. Most assignments fall in the salary range $40,000 to $80,000. The Fee is 5% of remuneration - usually between $2,000 and $4,000 (+gst) and half is paid as a Retainer.

We act as your Recruiter for the role and all applicants are, assessed, shortlisted and presented for interview. If no-one is successfully appointed from the first short-list then the advertising program will be run a second time and a new short-list.
